Welcome to join NORDEUROPA 2026, let's meet virtually!
The 2-day event is organized by NordicMarketing to enable virtual meetings between suppliers, destinations and service providers from Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, Denmark, Greenland, Estonia, Lithuania, and Latvia and tour operators from Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and other countries.
NORDEUROPA 2026 will take place on 28 and 29 January 2026.
Registration is open. Matchmaking starts 7 January 2026.
Individual one-to-one meetings
NORDEUROPA matches suppliers and buyers based on individual profiles, segments and needs.
Who can participate?
Supplier:
As supplier registraton is not free of charge, please make sure to register via NordicMarketing (or via ETOA for Bundles) first. Tourist boards, tourism businesses, service providers and destinations from Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, Denmark, Greenland, Estonia, Lithuania, and Latvia. Check prices for suppliers.
Buyer:
Tour operators from DACH, Benelux and other markets as well as incoming agencies are invited to join the event free of charge.
How does it work?
Registered participants will be able to filter matching suppliers/ buyers and request individual meetings.
An online video meeting between two participants takes 20 minutes, followed by a 5 minute break.
NEW in 2026: Adjusted schedule
We are changing the schedule for both days. In 2025, we did without breaks between meetings, but feedback from our participants showed that short breaks are desired and urgently needed. So for 2026 we will go with 20 minutes meetings + 5 minutes break after each, 2 coffee breaks (20 minutes each) and 1 lunch break (45 minutes).
That means, up to 19 meetings per day, 38 meeting slots in total.
